We offer both subsidized and market rate rental units to seniors over +55 or a couple where at least one person is age 55 or older.

Our market rental opportunities become available either by a vacancy or brand-new units coming to market.
We update the vacancy list once a week and units may be available for immediate occupancy. If you see something you like, complete a short form expressing interest and a property manager will contact you in a couple of days.
